Welcome to Kajbuzz ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age in your country) to use Kajbuzz. By using the platform, you represent that you meet the age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Account suspension or termination may occur if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

4. Platform Use

  • You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the platform or other users.
  • All content uploaded must respect intellectual property rights and applicable laws.

5. Services and Transactions

  • Kajbuzz facilitates freelance and service transactions between buyers and workers but is not a party to any agreements between them.
  • All payments are processed through third-party payment providers; Kajbuzz is not responsible for payment disputes or chargebacks beyond facilitation.
  • Orders, offers, and deliveries must comply with agreed terms between users.

6. Fees and Payments

Kajbuzz charges a **15% service fee** on the amount that a seller withdraws from completed orders. This fee is automatically deducted before the seller receives the payment.

  • The fee applies only to withdrawals initiated by the seller. No fee is charged to buyers for payments they make to purchase services or products.
  • All payments are processed securely through our platform or approved third-party payment providers.
  • Kajbuzz is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding the service or product delivered; our role is to facilitate transactions.
  • Failure to pay the applicable fees may result in withdrawal denial or account suspension for the seller.

7. Suspended User Earnings Policy

If a user’s account is suspended due to violation of Kajbuzz policies (including virus/malware delivery, fraud, or security abuse): The suspended user will not receive any payments or earnings. All pending, available, or future earnings will be forfeited. Kajbuzz is not obligated to release any funds to a suspended account. Orders linked to a suspended seller may be cancelled or refunded to buyers. In case of confirmed violations, the suspension is final and non-appealable. Kajbuzz reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold earnings to protect platform security and users.

8. Order Cancellation

Kajbuzz provides a secure platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. By using our services, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

  • Order Cancellation Before Delivery:
    Buyers and sellers may cancel an order at any time before the work is delivered. In such cases, the buyer will receive a 100% refund, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • After Delivery:
    Once an order has been marked as delivered, it cannot be canceled. If there is an issue with the delivered work, the buyer may request a revision or raise a dispute through Kajbuzz support.
  • Seller Earnings:
    Sellers will only receive payment after successful delivery and completion of the order.
  • Kajbuzz reserves the right to investigate and take action against users who abuse the cancellation or refund system.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content you upload remains your property; by uploading, you grant Kajbuzz a license to display and share it on the platform.
  • You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Kajbuzz reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms.

10. User Conduct

  • No harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users.
  • No spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
  • Respect privacy and data of other users.

10.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Kajbuzz provides the platform “as-is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for user disputes, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Users may also close their accounts at any time.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Kajbuzz operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the latest “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
